Don’t Forget to Vote in this Year’s Ohio AAP Elections

The Ohio Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics is asking for eligible voting fellows to participate in the election of leadership roles within our Chapter; elections are open from now through June 21, 2021. The open positions are:

  1. Delegate-at-Large (two positions open in 2021)–An elected position and a voting member of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors serve two-year terms, serving as the membership at large representation.
  2. Nominating Committee (one position open in 2021)- An elected position and a member of the Executive Committee of the Ohio AAP.  This person will work with other members of the Nominating Committee to assist with nominating members to run for elected positions on the Board of Directors and nominating committee.  

Only Fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics are eligible to vote according to our bylaws. Please visit http://oldsite.ohioaap.org/chapter-info/elections/ to review the slate of candidates and, if you are a fellow, cast your vote. The elected members will start terms beginning on July 1, 2021.
