Building Mental Resilience: Ohio AAP Foundation Fundraiser Luncheon 2021!

This year’s Ohio AAP Fundraiser Luncheon, Stories from a Year Lost: Picking up the Pieces of the COVID-19 Pandemic for School Age Children, will support the Store It Safe (SIS) Teen Suicide Prevention Program and also launch our newly designed initiative, Building Mental Resilience. With a recent poll showing 46% of teen parents seeing new or worsening mental health issues since COVID, it is critical that we spread a unified message across Ohio.

On October 29, 2021 at the Polaris Hilton, a panel of medical and lived experience experts, including teens, will share how we can get our children back to a healthier mental state after the pandemic. Your support will help us change the course of action for Ohio’s children! We will launch our newly designed Building Mental Resilience resources and materials at the luncheon, and attendees will receive exclusive access to FREE materials to use with patients, clients, students and families.
